Qualifications

• Proven track record in growing commercial performance in B2B technology businesses.
• Ability to shape and execute complex go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical approach with evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead VIOTAS's commercial strategy across markets.
• Translate strategy into priority actions and repeatable go-to-market approaches.
• Develop customer propositions, pricing models and partnerships.
• Improve CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Ensure commercial commitments are tested with inputs from operations, tech and finance.
• Build and nurture a high-performing commercial organisation.
