Responsibilities

• Define and lead VIOTAS's commercial strategy and go-to-market.
• Translate strategy into practical priorities and repeatable approaches.
• Lead development of customer propositions, pricing models, and partnerships.
• Improve CRM, pipeline management, deal qualification and forecasting.
• Ensure commercial commitments are tested with inputs from finance, ops and tech.
• Develop the commercial organisation and leadership capability.
• Improve customer acquisition, retention and long-term value.
• Bring market and competitive insight into product and tech decisions.
• Develop routes to market across direct sales and partnerships.
