Job summary

Fintua Limited is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to own and scale the sales organisation across EMEA, starting with Europe and expanding into new jurisdictions. The CCO will shape go-to-market strategy, align with the CEO and Executive team, and drive revenue targets through a hands-on leadership approach.

Based in Kilkenny with a minimum two days per week in the Kilkenny office, the role requires strategic thinking, sales execution excellence and deep experience in SaaS, fintech and tax

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales leadership roles, with enterprise or mid-market experience in fintech, tax technology or financial technology.
• Strong track record selling fintech, tax tech or financial technology products to corporate clients across multiple industries.
• Experience building and scaling a sales function from early stage to multi-region expansion.
• Proven ability to define and execute repeatable sales motions and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales revenue lifecycle across mid-market, large and enterprise clients.
• Develop, plan and implement the sales strategy and targets with the CEO and Executive team.
• Build a repeatable sales motion that can be codified and expanded across regions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Navigate procurement, security review and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Engage with CFOs, tax leaders and senior decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
