Job summary

Unio Financial Services seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to drive the firm’s strategic commercial agenda from our Dublin office. You will shape growth across AUM, client segments and partnerships, with a strong emphasis on pricing discipline and market positioning.

You will lead investment, marketing, product and distribution efforts, directing cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory alignment while delivering long-term shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience at executive level.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary commercial teams and managing key relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the commercial strategy to grow AUM, NNM, revenue and profitability.
• Own pricing, discounts, retrocessions and partnership agreements.
• Lead M&A activity, deal origination and integration planning.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and data-driven decision frameworks.
