Job summary

SIRO is seeking a senior Commercial Director to lead the company’s commercial strategy and P&L, spanning Wholesale, Enterprise, Product, Pricing, Marketing, and Customer Analytics. You will drive sustainable revenue growth, partner negotiations and market expansion while reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board.

Qualifications

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, utilities or related sector.
• Proven record of sustainable revenue growth, commercial transformation and P&L delivery.
• Extensive experience with complex commercial agreements and executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategy aligned with SIRO’s objectives and business plans.
• Own the Commercial P&L, targets, forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting and commercial risk.
• Identify and assess new revenue opportunities, products, channels, business models and partnerships.
• Lead strategic relationships, account plans, governance and major negotiations with retail and enterprise partners.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, network take-up, enterprise penetration and customer value execution.
• Own the product portfolio, pricing framework, promotional strategy and commercial roadmap.
• Lead enterprise growth through effective channels, partnerships, market development and routes to market.
• Ensure marketing activity strengthens the SIRO brand and delivers measurable demand, leads and conversion.
• Provide clear commercial strategy and investment updates to SLT, Board and shareholders.
