Job summary

Talbot Hotel Stillorgan is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will report to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and help deliver exceptional service in line with the Talbot Collection standards.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, maintaining high standards of cookery, supporting the Head Chef in menu costing, and ensuring HACCP compliance while upholding excellent personal hygiene and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional work attitude.
• Fluent English essential - written and spoken.
• Must be available to work variable shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Previous experience not required as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food for designated areas.
• Maintain high standards of cookery as laid down by the company.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to create a positive kitchen environment.
• Assist in menu review and costing.
• Order the hotel's food requirements in Head Chef and Sous Chef's absence.
• Demonstrate excellent personal hygiene; HACCP compliance.
