Absolute Hotel Limerick, part of the Talbot Collection, seeks a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional service in the kitchen. The role focuses on accurate food preparation, maintaining standards, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Weekend shifts are involved; full training is provided, and the hotel emphasizes excellent guest service aligned with the Talbot Collection ethos.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential for communication with guests and colleagues.
• Friendly and professional work attitude is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are needed to coordinate with the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and presentation of all food for designated areas.
• Maintain high standards of cookery as laid down by the company.
• Work with Head Chef and Sous Chef to foster a positive kitchen environment.
• Assist in menu review and costing and in ordering in absence of Head/Sous Chef.
• Ensure HACCP procedures and paperwork are completed.
• Support training plans and upskill the kitchen team.
