Job summary

Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise, Co. Laois, invites a Chef De Partie to join our Main Kitchen team. You will assist in preparing, producing and presenting high-quality dishes for our guests, in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the hotel’s standards and a positive, energetic approach.

The role emphasises teamwork, adherence to recipes and HACCP guidelines, and continuous improvement of menus in collaboration with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

• Offer the highest level of guest service in Food Production, ensuring 4* standards are met.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
• Ensure production follows standard recipes and check food storage and handling per HACCP.
