Job summary

Fallon & Byrne in Dublin is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the Production Kitchen team. The role involves assisting in food prep, cooking high quality dishes, and supporting other chefs.

You will help with deliveries, stock rotation, and maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, while demonstrating enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong teamwork with management and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience and preferably a culinary degree.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable.
• A passion for food and excellent knowledge.
• Ability to communicate well with and work harmoniously with staff and management.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, particularly around weekends and stock delivery days.
