Job summary

Pinchos in Dublin is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.

The role requires a minimum of two years’ professional experience, strong knowledge of food preparation and hygiene, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, including evenings and weekends. You will work with Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider team to maintain quality and presentation,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Solid knowledge of professional food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Strong focus on food hygiene and health and safety compliance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant and in a team.
