Job summary

Gourmet Food Parlour in Galway is looking for a Chef De Partie to lead a catering section, producing quality dishes with great presentation and standards. The role offers a chance to develop the team and grow with the brand in BriarHill.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a busy kitchen, is HACCP Level 2 trained, and can work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will run your own section and coordinate with timings.

Qualifications

• HACCP Level 2 minimum trained.
• Experience in catering sector is a plus.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering section and ensure quality food and presentation.
• Run own section and coordinate timings with the kitchen and service.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with management and floor team to meet customer needs.
