Job summary

Olive's Room Limited (trading as Olive's Room) is recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join our tearoom in the Red Stables, St Anne's Park, Dublin. This role covers a 40-hour week and involves training to meet the standards of the Executive/Head Chef.

Candidates should have at least 2 years' CPD experience, pastry and breakfast service are a plus, and a strong knowledge of health and safety. You will help manage stock, cost recipes, and maintain food safety and cleanliness in a busy

• At least 2 years chef de partie experience in reputable kitchens.
• Experience with pastry and breakfast service is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of general health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow training to prepare menu to standard set by Executive/Head Chef.
• Complete mise-en-place for service.
• Run pastry section or breakfast/lunch service as rostered.
• Assist with stock orders and rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and comply with food safety training.
• Monitor operating costs and help control waste.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
