Castlemartyr Resort is seeking a motivated Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team in East Cork. You will operate in a fast-paced, quality-service environment and develop your skills under the guidance of the Kitchen management team.

This is a great opportunity to grow your career within our luxury 5-Star resort. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Chef de Partie experience and HACCP training, with a positive attitude, strong time management, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as Chef de Partie.
• HACCP training and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Run and supervise kitchen stations to required standards as set by the Executive Chef.
• Prepare and produce all dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service.
• Follow cleaning schedules and HACCP guidelines to monitor food safety and hygiene in the Kitchen.
• Supervise and train Demi Chef de Partie or Commis chefs.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within area of responsibility to the menu specification.
