The Anner Hotel in Thurles is seeking a professional Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day preparation, food quality, and hygiene standards in a 3-4 star hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant, be well presented, passionate about food, and able to work under pressure. We offer meals on duty, staff recognition awards, uniform provided and parking.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/restaurant environment is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food hygiene standards.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Support kitchen team in hygiene and storage practices.
