Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel in Ballykisteen, Limerick Junction, Co. Tippe rary, Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work under the head chef to prepare dishes to our quality standards and support daily service.

Competenze
- Previous experience in a similar chef de partie role in hospitality.
- HACCP trained or hygiene-focused.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Mansioni
- Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to HACCP regulations.
- Assist head chef with menu planning and daily specials.
- Support stock controls and maintain kitchen hygiene and hygiene standards.
- Ensure dishes are prepared to correct recipes and high quality.
- Keep your station clean and organized; perform end-of-shift clean-down.
- Liaise with the head and sous chefs during briefings and service.
