Job summary

Excel Recruitment is assisting a Dublin City Centre kitchen to recruit a Chef de Partie. The role offers hourly pay between EUR18 and EUR21 and requires significant kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will assist the head chef with plating, desserts, and HACCP compliance while maintaining hygiene and efficiency. Irish work eligibility is essential; driving is a bonus and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certs (or willing to do training).
• Good time management in a fast-paced workplace.
• Legally able to work within Ireland.
• Ability to drive is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist head chef in preparation and plating of dishes.
• Prepare desserts when required.
• Follow all HACCP procedures and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and tidy workstation.
