• Minimum 2 years experience in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent Hygiene and HACCP experience.
• Well organised and punctual.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain highest level of hygiene standards whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.
• Attend training as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable request from a member of management.
