Marqette Food Hall and Bar at Dublin Airport is seeking a Chef de Partie for full-time, shift-based work starting as early as 3am. Based on site at Terminal 1, you will be part of a busy, fast-paced kitchen team delivering dishes to a high standard.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in a Chef de Partie role, strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining food hygiene and safety.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience as Chef de Partie or similar
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to provide consistently high standard of customer service

Marqette Food Hall and Bar, Terminal 1, Dublin Airport - Chef de Partie

Currently has excellent opportunities available for full time Chef de Partie to join our team. As we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work. You will be expected to work early morning shifts starting from 3am. You must be available any day per week. Shift work will be essential.

Purpose

To provide a high standard of customer care by ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the food hall operations. Provide all guests with a consistently high standard of service by ensuring a warm welcome, delivery of accurate and efficient orders and the attention to detail that ensures maximum guest satisfaction.

Job description

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
