The Wright Group is recruiting Full Time Senior Bartenders for the Marqette at Terminal 1 & 2 in Dublin Airport. This fast-paced role emphasizes travel and customer service, requiring Pint pulling, drink measuring and engaging with customers.

You will work shifts, with some 3am starts, and must be available 5 days out of 7. As part of a renowned F&B hospitality portfolio established in 1996, we value guest satisfaction, high standards of service and teamwork across our venues.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience behind a busy bar.
• Desire to provide consistently high standard of customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• Acknowledge and warmly welcome guests to the bar.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wines, beverages, gelato and promotions.
• Ensure the bar and food hall are prepared before and after service.
• Participate in internal training.

Job description

We are looking for Full Time Senior Bartenders to join our team in the Marqette in Terminal 1 & 2 in Dublin Airport. This is a fast paced role with travel & customer service at the heart of what you will do. We require a Bartender with Pint pulling, drink measuring & great chat for our customers. As we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work. You will be expected to work from 3am for some shifts. You must be available 5 days over 7 per week.

Purpose

To provide a high standard of customer care by ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the food hall operations. Provide all guests with a consistently high standard of service by ensuring a warm welcome, delivery of accurate and efficient orders and the attention to detail that ensures maximum guest satisfaction.

Role and Key Responsibilities

• To provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the bar.
• To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings; including menu's, wine's, hot and cold beverages, gelato and promotional products.
• To ensure that the food hall, bar and all food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
• To participate in all relevant internal training.
• To maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
• To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
