Job summary

Castleknock Hotel in Dublin 15 is seeking a warm, energetic CDP to join our busy kitchen team. With at least 3 years in a high-volume kitchen, you’ll bring a passion for great food, a professional appearance, and a true team spirit to deliver standout guest experiences.

What the role is:

As a CDP, you will:

• Have at least 3 years of experience working in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers
• Engage well within the team to provide a consistently high standard of food
• Have excellent HACCP knowledge and Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
• Have the ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure in each area of the Kitchen when required
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
• Be committed to the team and supporting your colleagues
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts
