Castleknock Hotel in Dublin 15 is seeking warm, energetic kitchen team members for a fast-paced environment. You will support the Chef team, help with daily operations, and ensure high standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to support Chef team and coordinate with colleagues.
• Solid HACCP knowledge and adherence to food safety standards.

• Assist in daily kitchen operations across sections.
• Support chefs and maintain cleanliness and organisation.
• Prioritise tasks and adapt to changing needs during shifts.

What the role is:

• Have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment with a high volume covers


• Engage well within the team to provide support to the Chef team


• Have excellent HACCP knowledge


• Have the ability to adapt to change


• Work well under pressure in each area of the Kitchen when required


• Be organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks where required


• Be committed to the team and supporting your colleagues


• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early/late shifts)
