Castleknock Hotel is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for the Bar and Fine Dining sections. We require at least 4 years of experience in a busy kitchen, with HACCP Level 2 Food Safety. You will work as part of a dedicated team, delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in a busy kitchen with high volume covers.
• HACCP Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible with hours, including weekends.
• Excellent team communication and professional appearance.

• Prepare and cook dishes to high standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and HACCP compliance.
• Assist senior chefs and train junior staff.
• Ensure consistency across service periods.
