Job summary

The Award Winning Brehon Hotel & Spa in Killarney is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards and produce outstanding dishes for our busy operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• HACCP trained.
• Highest standards in cleanliness and food hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Chef, Sous Chef and kitchen team to look after the busy operation and ensure outstanding food is produced and high standards are maintained.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment and maintain a focus on quality and hospitality.
• Support the team in delivering consistent results during service.
