Job summary

The Brehon Hotel & Spa in the vibrant town of Killarney is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury 4* kitchen team. You will work with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the broader kitchen brigade to deliver superb dishes and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in a similar role, a true team player with initiative, a passion for food, strong organisation and HACCP awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Works on own initiative but also a real team player.
• HACCP trained or aware of HACCP principles.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for food with high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Chef, Sous Chef and kitchen team to manage busy operation.
• Look after high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Contribute to continuous development and improvement in the kitchen.

This could be an ideal opportunity for a progressive, creative & ambitious Chef to take the next step in their career. You will work with the Head Chef, Sous Chef & the rest of the kitchen team to look after the busy operation and ensure outstanding food is produced and high standards are maintained.
