Job summary

Baozi Ltd in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the Big Fan restaurant team. This is a permanent full-time role with 39 hours per week, based at 16 Aungier Street. We require a minimum of two years in a similar role and Level 5 qualification or HACCP certification.

Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie x3 sought for well-established restaurant at Baozi Limited trading as the Big Fan, 16 Aungier Street, Dublin 2. This is a permanent full-time role with 39 hours per week. Key responsibilities include producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients, running the kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, and improving the existing menus. Minimum of two years relevant experience is required.
