Arenal Hospitality Ltd T/A The Rendezvous at Model Farm Road, Cork are seeking 3 experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years experience required. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, assist the head chef with cooking, preparing and developing new menus, and monitor food and waste control.

Salary is €36,605 per annum on 39 hours per week. Sector: accommodation and food service activities. Experienced [Non-Managerial].

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Assist head chef to cook, prepare and develop new menus.
• Monitor food and waste control and train junior chefs.
