Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Change Management Specialist within Membership Services to help adopt, embed, and sustain operational change across products, policies, processes, and tools.

You will lead the change management framework, coordinate with Learning & Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, and Support Operations, and ensure leaders and frontline teams understand what is changing and why it matters, enabling excellent member service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in change management, project coordination, enablement, operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting change from planning through implementation, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear guidance.
• A member-first, data-informed approach to identifying risks, measuring outcomes, and improving the experience.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools and the judgment to use them responsibly while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Membership Services change intake, assessment, and sizing process, evaluating impact on members and internal teams.
• Build and execute right-sized change plans with milestones, ownership, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate with Learning & Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, and Support Operations to ensure guidance and resources are available.
• Assess impact on AI-enabled support and update knowledge, guardrails, testing, and escalation paths.
• Manage changes through implementation, adoption, and reinforcement, anticipating member friction.
• Partner with Launch Readiness Specialists on complex initiatives, bringing frontline and member insights into readiness decisions.
• Engage leaders and frontline teams to validate impacts, gather feedback, and reflect member realities in plans.
• Track adoption and outcomes using feedback, training indicators, quality trends, and process data; drive action where gaps emerge.
• Provide stakeholder updates, conduct post-implementation reviews, and apply lessons learned to reduce friction.
