Job summary

ESB is seeking a Change Lead within the Distribution Markets and System Operation (DMSO) section in Dublin. The role focuses on preparing ESB Networks for changes arising from new products in DMSO and Smart Metering, coordinating with internal teams and external support to mitigate impacts.

The candidate will lead the Change and Engagement team, drive the change roadmap, and ensure business readiness across affected areas, while maintaining strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant change or project Management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of organisational design and HR processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and champion the change roadmap for DMSO, including ongoing communication with ESBN staff.
• Develop and maintain Change Management plans for affected business areas.
• Conduct business readiness activities: stakeholder management, engagement, communications, impact assessment, design and training.
• Monitor and report on the business transition, anticipate obstacles, plan interventions.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver a comprehensive change and engagement strategy.
• Lead a change management team in Operation Solutions Delivery.
• Provide weekly status updates to PM.
