Standard Life plc is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support successful delivery of business and regulatory change. The role combines strong change management expertise with readiness, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement and operational delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change and change management activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience assessing business impacts and developing readiness plans.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Copilot Studio or equivalent AI-related training or certification.
• Experience using AI tools to support change delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change initiatives within the ETO change framework and governance standards.
• Assess impacts across people, processes, technology and customers, developing readiness plans.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, SMEs, project teams and partners.
• Coordinate readiness, communications, training, testing and implementation activities.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies with governance.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to improve outcomes and delivery.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to support change delivery.
• Support the adoption of AI capabilities through coaching and practical AI applications.
• Identify opportunities where AI, automation or digital solutions could simplify processes.
