Job summary

BearingPoint Ireland is seeking a Senior Consultant in Change Management to drive people-centred transformation across complex programmes. You will lead workstreams, engage senior stakeholders and translate objectives into practical actions that build adoption and lasting value.

You will design learning and enablement for technology adoption, track usage and benefits, and collaborate with client teams to integrate change with the broader transformation plan.

Qualifications

• Designing and delivering people-centred change in complex programmes, applying structured methods across impact assessment and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams from assessment to adoption and transition, scaling approach to project risk.
• Design and deliver learning and enablement for technology adoption, including training needs analysis and materials.
• Define and track adoption measures and target support to improve readiness and benefits realisation.
• Collaborate with client leaders and technology teams to integrate change activity with the transformation plan.
• Facilitate workshops and executive sessions to drive decisions.
• Produce clear, practical deliverables and recommendations for business and technical audiences.
