Job summary

Qualifications

Proven change management experience delivering business or regulatory change.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience assessing business impacts and readiness planning.
Ability to apply AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery and adoption.
Experience using Copilot to support change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Deliver change initiatives following the ETO framework and governance standards.
Develop readiness plans across people, processes and technology.
Build relationships with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Coordinate readiness, communications, training and testing activities.
Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and operational performance.
