Job summary

Primark is seeking a Change Manager to lead the successful delivery of organisational change across key transformation initiatives. You will ensure employees are ready, engaged and equipped to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.

You will work with business and project stakeholders to develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption, minimise disruption and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation or Organisational Change roles.
• Proven experience delivering change across multiple projects or medium-sized programmes.
• Strong background in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications and training planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of end-to-end change management activities across programmes and projects.
• Develop change strategies including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications and readiness plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand change impacts and adoption requirements.
• Deliver engagement and adoption activities for successful uptake of new processes and systems.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies while reporting on readiness and adoption metrics.
• Support go-lives, hypercare and transition to BAU with measurable business outcomes.
