Job summary

Primark is seeking a Technology Transformation Advisor in a hybrid Dublin role. You’ll own communications for Technology, support transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, and lead Projects from discovery to benefits tracking.

A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in IT/Tech transformation are expected, with strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills. You’ll build dashboards, collaborate with Finance/Procurement/HR, and drive change adoption using AI-enabled tools to improve

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience supporting or analyzing transformation initiatives within IT, Technology, Digital, or Data functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadership.
• Proven experience delivering strategic initiatives and building trusted relationships across tech and business.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities with data assessment.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative, customer-focused professional with integrity and change-driving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Technology comms strategy including events, newsletters and townhalls.
• Support Technology Transformation initiatives with Transformation Managers across workstreams.
• Lead workstreams or projects, contribute to design, discovery, data analysis and benefits tracking.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance insights on progress and risks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Technology and Central Functions for alignment.
• Drive change adoption and continuous improvement through communications and best practices.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
