Job summary

Primark is seeking a Change Manager to lead the successful delivery of organisational change across key transformation initiatives. You will ensure employees are ready, engaged and equipped to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.

You will work with business and project stakeholders to develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption, minimise disruption and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation or Organisational Change roles.
• Proven experience delivering change across multiple projects or medium-sized programmes.
• Strong background in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications and training planning.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Transformation or Organisational Change roles.
• Proven experience delivering change across multiple projects or medium-sized programmes.
• Strong background in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications and training planning.
• Knowledge of structured change and project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Ability to measure readiness, adoption and benefits, translating insights into actionable change plans.
