Job summary

Primark is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead strategic, large-scale finance process change within a fast-paced commercial environment. The role will onboard new strategic initiatives, assess required process changes, and ensure delivery aligns with the overall finance roadmap.

You will work across Finance and with Procurement, Legal, Technology and external stakeholders to drive automated improvements, standardisation, and enhanced user experience.

Qualifications

Accounting/finance qualification or equivalent.
Experience in Finance environment and with Finance systems.
Transformation/change management or project management experience would be advantageous.
Knowledge of automation (RPA), BI and data analytics would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the Finance Transformation team to deliver strategic change for large-scale end-to-end finance processes.
Act as the Finance process SME for major strategic initiatives.
Coordinate design and delivery of finance processes with process owners and leadership.
Deliver change programmes and manage stakeholder expectations across the business.
