Job summary

Primark is seeking a Property Operations Transformation Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across finance, operations and technology. You will manage multi‑workstream plans, ensure delivery within scope, and drive continuous improvement across global retail finance operations.

The role emphasizes governance, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivery excellence, with a focus on achieving transformation benefits and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high‑volume, retail, or shared services finance operations (AP/AR, reconciliations, controls).
• Hands-on with ERP platforms (Oracle preferred) and invoice automation to support efficient operations.
• Experience in Global Business Services/shared services models and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, reconciliations, audits, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of property operations transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and aligned to priorities.
• Develop and manage programme plans across multiple workstreams with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Governance through reporting, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement with clear progress visibility.
• Support implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working for adoption across the function.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations to achieve transformation goals.
• Champion continuous improvement to embed best practices and realise benefits from initiatives.
