Job summary

Waterford Combined CE scheme CLG is recruiting an Assistant CE Supervisor to help manage the administration and coordination of the project’s human, financial and material resources. Salary starts at €30,292.08 and increases yearly to €32,812.52, with KPIs outlined for the role.

The position involves assisting in financial returns, attendance tracking, and staff development while participating in DSP-sponsored training. Strong MS Office skills and supervisory experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CE Assistant Supervisor role in administration and day-to-day CE scheme operations.
• Office administration, computerised accounts and payroll experience are desirable.
• Strong MS Office or computerised accounts package skills are desirable.
• Interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team.
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of the CE project as directed by the Sponsor.
• Assist in preparing financial returns such as wages, materials and development grant claims.
• Maintain and provide recording/tracking systems as required (attendance, progression, etc.).
• Provide supervision cover in the absence of the CE Supervisor as directed by the Sponsor.
• Assist in planning/co-ordinating work schedules for participants.
• Carry out duties as directed by the Sponsor for the CE scheme.
