Job summary

Liberty CE is seeking a Community Employment (CE) Supervisor to lead and support participants on our CE Scheme in Ireland. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day operations, providing mentorship, and helping long-term unemployed individuals in recovery progress into future employment or education.

Key responsibilities include overseeing work experience programmes, supervising staff on-site, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and DSP requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Eligibility: must have a valid employment permit for non-EEA nationals (Ireland).
• Experience with community programmes is a plus.

• A background in warehousing, operations, or training is desirable but not essential

Eligibility

• Position funded through the Department of Social Protection’s CE Scheme
• Eligible candidates must have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
• Non-EEA nationals must hold a valid employment permit
