Lifestyle Development Group is currently recruiting for a Community Employment Supervisor to supervise a community employment scheme managing all CE Childcare places in the Drogheda/Togher/Mosney area. The Supervisor will provide effective and efficient management and coordination of the human, financial and material resources of the CE Scheme and will report to the Sponsors/Directors of Lifestyle Development Group CLG on its implementation.
Essential: Candidates must have at least 3 years direct supervisory experience. Candidates must have obtained a 3rd level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or higher) in HR, Supervisory Management, Business/Financial Administration or other relevant qualification. Proven IT skills and Administration skills. Good oral and written communcation skills. Full clean driving licence and use of car.
Desirable: Previous CE Supervisory experience. Experience of developing training plans or training delivery with a clear understanding of QQI and Major Awards. Knowledge of Childcare. Experience in computerised wages and payroll. 39 hours/week and some flexibility may be required. This is a full time contract of employment subject to on-going funding from the Department of Social Protection. Salary is in accordance with the DSP pay scales for CE. Short listing will apply.
