Job summary

Lifestyle Development Group CLG is recruiting a Community Employment Supervisor to oversee the CE childcare scheme in the Drogheda/Togher/Mosney area. The role requires coordinating resources and reporting to sponsors/directors on implementation.

Essential: 3+ years supervisory experience and a Level 6+ qualification in HR/Management or related field, plus IT and admin skills. Full driving licence and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct supervisory experience.
• 3rd level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or higher) in HR, Supervisory Management, Business/Financial Administration or equivalent.
• Proven IT and administration skills; good oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a community employment scheme managing CE childcare places in Drogheda/Togher/Mosney.
• Coordinate human, financial and material resources of the CE Scheme.
• Report to Sponsors/Directors on implementation.
