Job summary

Central CE Scheme Ltd seeks a Community Employment Assistant Supervisor for a full-time, 39-hour week, 52-week contract. Funded by the DSP, the role supports project administration, supervision, attendance monitoring, and financial reporting to enhance employability for long-term unemployed participants.

Desirable candidate requirements include NFQ Level 6+ in a related field, at least 1 year supervisory experience, and strong report writing/ICT skills.

Qualifications

• NFQ Level 6 or higher in Business/Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources, Project Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Good report writing skills.
• Strong ICT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the effective and efficient administration and co-ordination of the human, financial and material resources of the project.
• Support the supervisor with the day-to-day running of the project.
• Manage and monitor attendance records of all participants on the projects.
• Maintain all financial records and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist the supervisor in the recruitment process.
