Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will deliver outstanding guest service from check-in to check-out and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Check-In to Check-Out: provide excellent service.
• Assist guests with queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Know hotel room categories, rates, packages and general product knowledge.
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques.
• Maintain high compliance with security, fire regulations and health & safety laws.

The Role:

• As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
