Job summary

Pivotal Sec Plus in Dublin is seeking an experienced Cash Centre Manager to lead a team of Cash Processors and Team Leaders. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, reporting, and adherence to contractual obligations, ensuring high standards of service.

You will train, coach, and mentor staff, support KPI achievement, and drive process improvements. Collaboration with HR on recruitment and disciplinary matters will be required, with shift work Monday to Saturday and PM rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash processing and coin operations.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Experience with rostering and KPI delivery.
• Strong change management and process improvement skills.
• Experience with audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily running of the Cash Centre.
• Ensure staffing, reporting, and contractual obligations.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to your team.
• Coordinate branch audits per standards.
• Lead improvement and corrective actions.
• Manage staff rostering and attendance to meet budget.
• Coach and mentor teams and track KPI progress.
• Collaborate with HR on disciplinary matters and recruitment.
• Ensure IT systems and cash processing are operating effectively.
