Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage department budgets in liaison with Branch Manager, including headcount.
• Improve efficiency, manage change and optimize resources.
• Set and monitor team and individual objectives.
• Recruit, train and develop employees; address needs.
• Ensure SOPs and security procedures are followed; monitor performance.
• Provide timely management information on department performance.
