Job summary

Aer Lingus is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Dublin Cargo Warehouse. You will be accountable for safety, service, productivity, quality and cost in a 24/7 operation.

You will lead a team of Duty Managers and Supervisors, driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and data-informed decision making. Reporting to the Head of Ireland Operations, you will implement operational changes, leverage data trends, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or transport environment.
• Experience delivering operational performance through strong leadership, accountability and people management.
• Experience managing through supervisors, duty managers or other frontline leaders.
• Demonstrable experience implementing operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to use data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large operational team across a 24/7 Dublin cargo warehouse, ensuring safety, service, productivity, quality and cost targets.
• Drive a culture of accountability, high performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach the management team with clear expectations and ongoing capability development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory and company requirements through controls and governance.
• Own operational performance and proactively manage risks to meet customer commitments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and simplify processes for sustainable gains.
• Leverage data, technology and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Office Operations and stakeholders to remove barriers and improve cargo flow.
