Job summary

IAG Cargo in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Dublin Cargo Warehouse, accountable for safety, service, productivity, quality and cost across a 24/7 operation.

Reporting to the Head of Ireland Operations, you will guide Duty Managers and Supervisors, drive performance through data, and implement operational improvements that raise productivity and compliance while ensuring customer commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or transport environment.
• Experience managing through supervisors, duty managers or frontline leaders.
• Demonstrable experience implementing operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to use data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive safety culture and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Drive accountability and high performance through resource deployment and alignment.
• Develop management team through coaching and capability development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory and company requirements.
