Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees in the warehouse department.
• Ensure efficient workflows and stock management.
• Coordinate material request operations.
• Organize and perform stock inspections.
• Handle outbound delivery claims.
• Plan and evaluate daily workflows to hit targets.
• Analyze workflows and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain material flow.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and address faulty equipment.
• Manage attendance, absence requests, and performance reviews.
• Prepare reports for management decisions.
• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide guidance to staff, involve HR if needed.
• Any other duties as directed by manager.
