Job summary

Aer Lingus is recruiting a Warehouse Manager for the Dublin Cargo Warehouse. You will lead a team of Duty Managers and Supervisors, ensuring safety, service, productivity, quality and cost targets are met in a 24/7 operation.

You will use data trends and AI-enabled tools to drive improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or transport environment.
• Experience delivering operational performance through strong leadership and people management.
• Experience managing through frontline leaders.
• Experience implementing operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to use data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and drive improvement.
• Experience in air cargo, aviation or time-critical logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Understanding of customs processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading operations in a unionised environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dublin Cargo Warehouse team to ensure safety, service, productivity, quality and cost targets.
• Drive a culture of accountability, high performance and continuous improvement across 24/7 operations.
• Use data and business insight to identify risks and implement improvements.
• Oversee roll-out of operational improvements and technology-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise cargo flow and end-to-end processes.
