Job summary

IAG Cargo in Dublin seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead the Dublin Cargo Warehouse, overseeing safety, service, productivity, quality and cost across a 24/7 operation. You will manage Duty Managers and Supervisors, fostering accountability and continuous improvement to meet customer commitments.

You will use operational data and KPIs to identify risks, drive improvements and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with the broader Office Operations and stakeholders to optimise end-to-end cargo

Qualifications

• Essential: Proven experience leading a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment.
• Essential: Strong leadership, accountability and people management to deliver performance.
• Essential: Experience guiding frontline supervisors/duty managers.
• Essential: Track record implementing operational change and continuous improvement.
• Essential: Ability to use data and KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvement.
