Autoimage Carlow is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Car Sales Executive to join our family‑run dealership. You will guide customers through every stage of the car‑buying journey, from their first enquiry and test drive through to vehicle handover and after‑sales follow‑up.

Your role will include selling the full range of new Renault and Dacia vehicles and selling from an extensive selection of quality used cars, while building strong relationships and presenting features, arranging test drives,

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ automotive sales experience.
• A full, clean Irish driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.

Autoimage Carlow is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Car Sales Executive to join our established sales team and play an important role in the continued growth of our business.

We are a family‑run dealership with more than 36 years’ experience in the motor industry. We proudly represent Renault and Dacia, while also offering a large and constantly changing selection of quality used vehicles across a wide range of makes and models.

The Opportunity

As part of the Autoimage Carlow sales team, you will guide customers through every stage of their car‑buying journey, from their first enquiry and test drive through to vehicle handover and after‑sales follow‑up.

Your role will include:

• Selling the full range of new Renault and Dacia vehicles
• Selling from our extensive selection of quality multi‑brand used cars
• Building strong and lasting relationships with new and returning customers
• Helping customers choose the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle
• Presenting vehicles, demonstrating features and arranging test drives
• Responding professionally to showroom, telephone, email and online enquiries
• Preparing quotations and discussing finance and trade‑in options
• Promoting and selling accessories and additional products
• Following up on enquiries and developing new sales opportunities
• Delivering professional and memorable vehicle handovers
• Working towards individual and dealership sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
• Keeping up to date with vehicle technology, product developments and market trends

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of two years’ automotive sales experience
• Previous Renault or Dacia sales experience would be a strong advantage
• A full, clean Irish driving licence
• A strong knowledge of cars and the automotive industry
• Good knowledge of the Renault and Dacia ranges, or the ability to quickly develop detailed product knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A confident, friendly and professional manner
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• A motivated, positive and results‑driven attitude
• Excellent organisation and follow‑up skills
• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a close‑knit team
• A genuine passion for cars and helping customers find the right vehicle

Full finance training will be provided, along with ongoing product and sales development.
